I am suprised I haven't done a review for La Piazza 1 before! We have been going here for about 10 years. Always fantastic food, always a great experience. We went for Christmas Day in 2021, and we've celebrated 3 birthdays there in 2023. We go to lots of other places to eat, but the reason this is always our 1st choice for some sort of ocassion is because its 100% guaranteed that the service and care will be amazing and the atmosphere will be superb. I can't say enough how good Christmas day 2021 was.

We have been going to La Piazza since we moved to Fishponds a little over 2 years ago.It’s our family favourite - from an evening out to a special occasion. Our 3 year old loves it.The food is consistently excellent and the team are warm, friendly and kind. They always go above and beyond every time we visit.We couldn't recommend La Piazza 1 highly enough.

Just had lunch with my dad was an amazing experience with excellent service I got a pepperoni pizza and he had prawns with a side salad I can say we both devoured our meals. I would highly recommend.

Lovely restaurant with a relaxed family run atmosphere. Food came quickly and we were not rushed between courses or after we had finished. Only thing that could be improved is the ceiling lighting, which was too bright.

Really nice food special the pasta and pizzas. Also you always get very good welcome by all staff that worked here at this restaurant and they are so friendly and helpful too. Me and partner as always had a good meal here. I would highly recommend if you love Italian food

How can this place be at the side of a busy road in Bristol and make you feel like you're on holiday?The decor and ambiance in this place carefully blocks out the urban backdrop and insulates you from modern suburbia with such splendor that when you leave, you will feel like you've been deceived!Let's talk about the food. We had an arrangement of pastas, pizzas and starters and they were wonderful: nice portions, flavoursome and mouth-watering presentation. The service was timely and they really do everything they can to ensure your visit is memorable. We finished our visit with espressos but I will be back to try a dessert soon. But, given the size of the meals, I'll have to skip the bruscetta - and that feels like a crime.I'd strongly recommend this place. But please try not to be disappointed when you leave this dreamy restaurant and find yourself back in reality.

Very cosy place to have lunch, well decorated, staff very friendly and quick service. We were three of us having lunch and ordered two spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti bolognese. Portions and presentation was good. The carbonara was served with bacon but wasn't crispy bacon, and the bolognese was served with three meatballs that it looks like it wasn't handmade. For dessert we had tiramisù and I was expecting not so much cream but more sponge layers with more taste of coffee and liquor.Overall it's a good place, music is very well chosen, not too loud, and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Prices are normal, not cheap but not too expensive.

I had an amazing experience at La Piazza restaurant! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The variety of desserts was impressive, and each one was a delicious treat. The pizzas were outstanding, with a perfect crust and flavorful toppings. Overall, La Piazza exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a fantastic dining experience.
