Kwik Fit Plus - Canterbury

I drove in without an appointment as I’d hit a pot hole on my way to work and had a shredded tyre. The staff at Canterbury were welcome and friendly and sorted me out within 90 minutes. Absolute heroes.

Team have been accommodating to myself and my car’s needs. The manager was very knowledgeable and amended my service where I have inadvertently made a mistake ordering the parts online. I then drove off only to have error notifications in the car, so I drove back in and got them looked at and fixed.

I’ve used this workshop a few times, the team always try their best to serve, they are great people to deal with, although I usually steer clear of kwik fit, I trust these guys

I booked for service and MOT. I did detail out the issues in the car that had to be repaired before MOT. However, there was no update given to me till end of day. When I went back, my car was returned back without doing any service or repairs, but only with a failed MOT. The reasons listed in the MOT failure were exactly the same issues I reported to be fixed in service.This is garbage work by your team. They couldn't do the service or repair, still went ahead and did the MOT just to invoice me and make me come back to them for MOT. It was waste of time and money for me. I was promised by the manager for a refund, for which I'm still waiting.Please ensure my refund, which is least compared to the hassle and time waste by your team. If there is no refund, I have no choice than leaving a bad review in all social media apps and verbally within my local Canterbury and Whitstable community.

Garbage service again. I came here a few months ago to fix squeaky brakes. They charged me 100 quid and brakes were still squeaky on the drive home! This time I have gone in to replace a tyre and a week later I noticed noticed dust caps missing on all tyres apart from the new one. This is unacceptable, I will just go and buy some new ones but very incompetent.

Car booked in for MOT, MOT carried out on time and efficiently, advisory items spotted and reported back, wiper blade becoming detached in the centre that I hadn't noticed but your sharp eyed technician did spot, very impressive.

Special shout out to Mark who did a brake review as there was a rattling noise. Figured out the issue and pointed out to other potential problems which only needs addressing in my own time. Friendly and helpful nature, will definitely recommend for others!

They got the job soon quickly and with no issues. All friendly and helpful and got it done same day even though I didnt have an appointment.The option of spreading the cost over 3 or 6 months really helps too, thank you for offering this!I will definitely be back!

My husband and I (from the Netherlands) are on holiday in Canterbury, and discovered the very first day that our coolant expansion tank was leaking. Found this Kwik-Fit around the corner from where we’re staying and had the best, friendliest, experience. The issue was quickly found, they guided us to the fastest way to find the replacement part and they quickly replaced it for us. Within 2 days (delivery of the part took a day) we were back on the road!Thank you all so much for helping us!

Great customer service and explanation of future reference to check on my car. I went for a simple air conditioning gas filling which took 1hour same day phone call booking... and then I was made reference to check my brake oil next time. Procedures on how to fix spongy brakes were done in manners I got interested to pay for that service on my next booking. This service wasn't included in Mercedes-Benz services for instance, and I initially took the car under the condition of asking them particularly to check on my brakes. Got only the report on pads percentage deterioration, but brake oil changed wasn't included in the price. Took the vehicle out of the Mercedes garage feeling the same exact wording used by the kiwi mechanic-spongy brakes"- who also warned me about it- which was my initial concern to take it to mercedez benz service earlier before its MOT due date.
