Lochend Farmhouse
Very high quality B&B, very clean with all facilities you would need. Cris very welcoming and nothing was any problem to assist you in any way. Location was excellent, although in the quiet countryside still only 5 minutes away from portlethen where i was doing training with maersk. Would highly recommend to everybody and will stay there anytime i'm in the area in the future.

Cris and Audrey were extremely friendly and helpful.You actually feel like part of the family.Was invited to their firework display which was bonkers! Free food and wine.I would definitely stay there again! :-)

Stayed here last week whilst doing a weeks training course at Petrofac , thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Was made to feel very welcome and part of the family. Can only echo what others have said , Nothing is too much bother for Cris and Audrey.Will definitely be staying here next time when i do other training courses in the future as its only 10 minutes away and you can miss out the majority of the traffic which is heading to Aberdeen.ThanksSteve

Was there due to a vehicle breakdown and the owner is a very pleasant woman. Friendly & warm. Place is in the country with great views yet only minutes from the city.

I absolutely thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lochend Farmhouse. The guest house is very good but what really makes the visit memorable are Cris and Audrey. Cris goes out of his way to make you welcome and feel at home. Both are exceptional people and I will certainly want to stay again. I would definitely recommend.

stayed here last week and would definitely recommend to anyone. very friendly and helpful staff who will help you with anything. ideally located for altens industrial estate, 10 mins drive to petrofac. will be staying here in future when I'm back up for more courses. thanks

Overnight stay for work in Aberdeen in the morning.Very nice room with a fantastic on suite .Audrey was very helpful and her poached eggs were the best I've had , even better than those on offer at the Celtic Manor in Wales !!

Stayed here for 4 nights, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing. The grounds are well maintained and put our garden to shame! The room was very spacious with a gorgeous en-suite. Free parking, free wifi and free sky!! Breakfast was very nice each morning, cooked from scratch and was plentiful. Audrey manages this place very well and immediately makes you feel at home, nothing is ever too much trouble and she strives to make you feel welcome. Which we did straight away! We visit Aberdeen often, normally staying in 5* hotels. Lochend Farm house will be our 1st choice from now on. Audrey really does make a difference with the personal touch. Thank you!D&L

As an opera singer I spend most of my time in Hotels and apartments.I just opened google maps and found Lochend Farmhouse by chanceLovely place, lovely people. Service is excellent, breakfast is delicious.Beautiful huge flat screen , sky movies, georgeous ensuite bathroom.Owners are eager to help you in any way. Don't miss it! Seriously!!Would recommend it to anyone wishing to be away from crowd but still a 5 minute drive to Aberdeen.Thank you Cris and Audrey!!!!!!

I would like to take this opportunity to say how good Lochend Farmhouse is. the hosts simply cannot do enough for the guests and you are made to feel so welcome right from the moment you place the booking over the phone, there is full access to Sky TV and free wifi internet, you get a nice room with delicious shortbread biscuits, actual chilled milk in your own fridge, none of those daft little milk cartons in sight.The rooms are silent, dark and quiet and the beds are so comfortable that you wont want to get up in the morning, the breakfast is high quality and there is fruit and coffee on tap with as much toast as you can eat.If you are working in Aberdeen or in close proximity, forget pokey travelodges, stay here!I stay all over the country in my line of work and can honestly say the Lochend Farmhouse is in my top 5 places to stay :)
