I had a pregnancy massage with Tom at 32 weeks for cramping legs , I survived the rest of pregnancy with no cramps! Absolutely amazing.

Tom and his team are fantastic. Immediately put me at ease and new I was in the right hands. I’ve seen Tom with shoulder issues and had them sorted in no time and also Liam for back issues and pains who is amazing at what he does. What ever you need shape your future they have you covered. Would highly recommend.

I was misdiagnosed what was causing my back pain last week, which was really scary, I visited these guys yesterday and Tom was amazing.He is very knowledgeable and really explained things well to me. I will definitely visit these guys on a regular basis from now on. Tom made me feel like he cared and this was not just a job for him. I cant thank him enough.

Tom is great, really listened and is knowledgeable. He gave my homework too to support my injury which was great. I appreciated that premises is secluded so no embarrassment like at the gym! Highly recommend; a great service.

Absolutely amazing service. Tom and the team make you feel at ease the second you walk through the door. Prices are very reasonable and the treatments are second to none. Had so many physios over the years and these guys are by far the best I've found. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Being a rugby player I have seen my fair share of physios and I know when you find a good one they are worth their weight in gold! Tom is exactly that. The best physio I have used!

The team at SYF are exceptional, I attend for massages due to a chronic pain condition and the excellent work the massage therapists do allow me to live my day to day life a lot easier. Tom, the main man, has learnt how my body works and what it needs to recover when it just isn't wanting to play ball. But not only are they great at the job they do, they are also caring and kind, having offering me many kind words when feeling low, I always looking forward to the next massage!I would totally recommend Shape Your Future to anyone, definitely the best massage therapists I've ever had!

Tom is a very pleasant and knoligable chap in his field, always makes me feel welcomed and relaxed, has fixed me on many occasions with his machines and techniques.the place is well equipped and is a lovely setting.
