I dealt with Jeff Streater on a Commercial lease deal. I was new to this type of transaction but Jeff was exceptional from start to finish, taking his time to guide me through the pitfalls and keep me well informed at all times. My own naivety almost lead me to just sign the lease terms without really taking them in but Jeff's attention to detail was invaluable in pointing out some very contentious areas which we were able to put right before it was too late. I cannot thank him enough for this and I highly recommend this firm, not only for their skill and knowledge but for the outstanding service they provided throughout the journey. Shame this company works well with some branches but then their policy in their Rose Green branch is to fine people parking there for 3 mins while you read their no parking sign late on a weekend and then issue you a £100 fine even though you left because of the notice. Not quite got the community spirit and certainly a company I would avoid at all costs if this is the 'community spirit' they have. See their Rose Green reviews and you'll see what I mean.

Clare parsons is an outstanding legal professional. I was referred to her by a friend and I do not regret my decision. She has been there consistently for the last two years in regards to my issues and has always been at the other end of the phone, listening and giving advice as well as a friendly ear.Everyone at this practice is amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

We used Coole Bevis for the sale and purchase of our properties. Claudia was always at the end of the phone and kept us updated throughout the whole process. All felt very personal and would not hesitate to recommend to anybody.

The service from Teresa has not been good and she is supposed to be the interim power of attorney. I have had to do all the chasing and now she says she has not received emails which she has. I have asked to speak to the senior partner but despite being promised a call, over an hour later no one is answering the phone. Very poor service.

Our family have recently sold two properties and bought one property with Claudia Welbourne acting as our solicitor for all transactions. I can only say that the service provided has been second to none, and all transactions were completed quickly and efficiently. The level of communication and speed of any actions required has always been exemplary.

I recently used Lauren Buckingham to sell my flat and buy my house. She was absolutely fantastic. She chased other solicitors in the chain to make sure they were ready, kept me updated every step of the way but most importantly always returned my calls the same day. Working in the property market you find there are so many companies that do not treat you well. Thoroughly recommend.

I had previously rated Coole Bevis highly but in recent months the service has fallen below expectations. I have been billed for a decree absolute that I have not received and I have now been left to chase the Court directly to try and obtain this. So yes Coole Bevis applied for it, charged me for it and when it doesn't arrive they wash their hands and leave me to try and sort it out with the Court. Sorry it is not the service I expect from a professional body.Well another six weeks after this review was posted I still have not received my decree absolute. Hiding behind a sham excuse that it is the fault of the Courts. Coole Bevis Worthing you should be ashamed. You have taken my money and failed to deliver the goods.
