I had an appointment here for a free health check on my MINI. Unfortunately I had put the wrong date in my diary and turned up a day late. The garage still looked at my car for me which I was impressed by.They gave me some really good advice including reporting the front tyre was old and the other mismatched. However when I asked them what the cheapest tyre they do is they said £87 - their website shows their cheapest is actually just over £60 - a huge difference in cost. In these times of the cost of living crisis and the cost of everything rising for everyone I find this underhand. I would have gone back to this ATS and had new tyres fitted until I found out they'd been deliberately misleading.

Website states opening time is 8.30. Sat on carpark now 8. 52 no sign of anybody i think i will go elsewhere. Either update your website or get your staff in on time

Booked and paid online for tyres and wheel alignment turned up for my time slot three days later to be told no booking on the system for my car. The chap behind the desk said there wasn’t much he could do he asked if I had got the right day or if I’d booked accidentally to have the tyres done at home and not at the garage. He called two other garages to check I hadn’t booked the wrong garage because I must have made the error, no booking in my name. Eventually after constantly saying he has nothing to do with bookings and giving me no answer how I get my money back he contacted his head office. I could hear the woman on the other end of the phone talking and basically saying that it’s a PayPal, issue they are aware of, that let’s you book and pay but doesn’t send the info to the garage and to just get me to re book. They tried to tell me I was the first person this had happened to but obviously not aware you can hear both sides of their phone conversation. I took annual leave to sort my car and was told refund would take a few days and they couldn’t book me until after bank holiday 5 days later even though tyres I ordered were in stock. Such a hassle and used another garage that fit me in within two days. Safe to say I won’t be returning to ATS.

Amazing experience yesterday from the Oakengates branch . Booked an appointment because I had a problem with my tracking .Dave the fitter was very informative, friendly , professional , courteous and very experienced. Dan who was on reception was also extremely polite and helpful . The reception and the premises were very clean and tidy . Thank you guys for sorted the problem out so efficiently . To anyone local I would say this is the place to go .

These guys are amazing, the valve on my rear tyre was leaking a lot, I drove from the place car park to here, spoke to a guy on reception, explained the situation and that I was heading to pick my son up from school, they replaced my tyre in next to no time. Thank you ATS you were my saviours that day.

Had the exhaust looked at need a new one getting it done Wednesday !!!
