Tom is an incredible plumbing and heating technician. Tom is my go-to plumber for everything around the house - boiler checks, radiator issues, leaky taps, etc. I'll also be using him to plumb my new bathroom. He's a true gentleman and I can't recommend him enough!

Always a pleasure dealing with Tom, whom I have used for a numbers of years for different jobs, including annual boiler servicing. He managed to keep an old boiler going before installing a lovely new boiler when it finally gave up!Today's visit was the annual boiler service.I would recommend Tom and have done to family and friends. Our experience with this company was excellent. Becky quickly arranged for a plumber to deal with bath taps and Neal arrived in a short time. The job was completed in a professional way and the bathroom was left clean and tidy afterwards.Neal was a kind and thoughtful person and we would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Must admit I was some what anxious about having a new boiler installed but I need not have worried, Tom was prompt, polite and as an qualified aircraft engineer myself I can say that the standard and quality of Tom’s work was first class.

Outstanding service. We had problems with our boiler and we were referred toTom Roswell. I sent him a text on Sunday and he responded saying an engineer would be coming in Monday. Neal came on Monday and diagnosed our problem, we opted for a new boiler as ours was over 11 years old. They came on Wednesday and installed the new boiler, they were clean, friendly, obviously knew what they were doing. They finished at 17:30 and left everything clean and tidy. I would strongly recommend this company.

Talked to a number of Bournemouth and Dorset based companies about installing a Worcester Bosch 8000 combi boiler in an airing cupboard for a first floor flat. The job required decommissioning the old gas boiler, which was in a different room, as well as water cylinder and all related pipework before could even start, then fitting a flue through 2 walls. Not an easy job. Lovely people, fantastic job finished on time and budget all with smiles and professionalism. Can't recommend highly enough, my partners comment - that pipework looks like a work of art of the London tube map" - I think sums it up perfectly. True artists at what they do

Tom installed a new bathroom for me. The work was efficient and good quality. It came in on budget. The final result was amazing. Everyone who came was professional, respectful and did a great job. So happy with the outcome.
