Would like to thank the gentleman at the information centre for the help with the buses and time table. I am not from Nottingham but the help was great.

Once again Nottingham city council treating it's residents poorly website states it is open 9. Till3-30pmwhen it's closed at weekends and has been for months once again council employees not doing their jobs and no one supervisors or checks them very poor service

It wasn't the lovely shop that sold all things Nottingham that I used to know. Very limited stock. Very busy when a crowd of students came in. The single person working there was very kind and patient. I'm from Nottingham, it's the first time I've been in town for ages. What a sad place it's become.
