Clifton Trade Bathrooms Preston

From the moment we walked through the door at the Preston store Kellie made us feel so welcome. We were nervous and very unsure what we wanted for our new en-suite and Kellie put us at ease, she was so knowledgeable. She talked us through all the options and helped us decide on the furniture but we were undecided about the tiles. Kellie ordered samples and set them up on a board, took pictures and e-mailed them to us. She also came to do a free home visit to measure up and arrived at the time agreed. We called back in the office to make the final decision. Kellie was so professional, friendly and efficient she really looked after us from start to finish and went above and beyond! When we called back in the office to return some unused tiles she was so excited to see the photos of the new en-suite. We also reported a problem with the sink and they issued a replacement new one there and then (luckily it was in stock)! I can't thank Kellie and the team enough for their help. I would 100% recommend this company and will definitely being using them again in the future. Thank you so much Kellie you are a star! Pete did an amazing job fitting it too!

Dealt with Kellie at Preston branch, was totally at a loss as to what to do with our bathroom. She did a home visit and took all of the stress away, helped us make choices that suited us the best without being pushy, she is very friendly and helpful and even called after to check all was OK. We're now using her to do the rest of the house. Products are excellent quality and Gary did an amazing job fitting it. Have no reservations to recommend thank you so much x

Recently had our dated bathroom renovated and Graham our fitter recommended Clifton Bathrooms and we would now also highly recommend. Lanre and the rest of the team were so knowledgeable, professional and the customer service second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and the products are top quality at affordable prices. We changed our minds about something half way through the work and it was totally fine and Lanre helped us quickly sort this with no problems. Love our new bathroom. We made our third visit to Clifton bathrooms today, this time to buy everything we need to upgrade our en suite bathroom, having already completely refurbished our main bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. We return because we have always been totally satisfied with the friendly, highly professional and efficient service we receive from walking into the showroom until the bathroom is delivered. Today we were served by Kellie and we cannot fault anything which was done. Her product knowledge was first class, she took time to display wall tiles and flooring in different lights in order to ensure we were 100% sure; indeed nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend Clifton trade bathrooms to anyone wanting quality products and excellent service. Thank you.

Absolutely not happy with our experience. When we talked with Clifton, we were told they would not beaten on price, and that the products were of a higher quality than other suppliers. We were specifically told that the lower end Clifton products were equivalent to medium end from other suppliers and that the medium range products were considered high end elsewhere. We were also told that anything that needed swapping for whatever reason, would be done so FOC. Stuff did need swapping, and we were charged. After contacting Clifton, we were eventually refunded, but the issue around price still remains. The pre sale price for most items was significantly more than other suppliers and even the sale price was higher in most cases. We were told we would miss the sale prices if we did not sign up. I believe we were missold, and we are taking legal action about this. The only thing Cliftons could say, is that their taps have a ceramic coating on the inside, and therefore a better product. The rest of the stuff is stock items, available elsewhere, for much less money. If I could give zero stars, I would. Extremely dubious sales tactics.Edited (after comment from Charlotte below).Charlotte, I do not believe your team are dealing with this at all, which is why I am taking legal action and will be issuing a letter before action, and lodging my particulars of claim with the court. We are about to refurbish an en suite bathroom & were referred to Clifton's by our appointed fitting company.We were met by Kellie (Account Manager) who showed us various options aligned to our requirements in an efficient & friendly manner. Kellie listened & came up with good ideas with no pushy sales patter.She personally visited to measure up and check the equipment selected would fit into the limited space of the ensuite.Today we agreed scope & price and we're now set to proceed.Can't wait to see the end product.

Although we have only just had our bathrooms fitted out after buying them in June we are thrilled with the excellent quality of the products we purchased. Kellie was extremely professional and knowledgeable and we felt we were given plenty of advice and guidance. We would definitely recommend Clifton Bathrooms(Preston) to any friends considering a new bathroom.

Recently had our bathroom updated and was recommended to Clifton's by our fitter . Wasn't disappointed, great service and extremely helpful staff, Lee was our point of contact he was very knowledgeable and has really gone above n beyond to make sure we were happy
