It’s so easy to leave 5 stars when things are plain sailing. Hence, I never usually bother.To me a sign of good service is more so when things aren’t so straight forward. It’s only then that you really see the true service from establishments.I recently purchased a car which had a couple of niggles. The guys were brilliant from the word go. Collected the car, left me a hire car and got the car sorted and returned.Unfortunately one of the issues was still present, probably bearable for most people but I have a distinct lack of patience and subsequently decided it was best for me to look for something else. To save everyone time and trouble I made a reasonable offer which C4C accepted and we got the deal done with no drama.The whole team were very pleasant throughout and did what they said they would from start to finish. While the car and I didn’t get on, I would definitely use this garage again without hesitation and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used car.

Great car sales, great staff, easy to find, and walk around. I bought my car here about 13 months ago. I got good advice over the phone on what I wanted from a car, and then when I visited I was shown a couple of cars that met the brief but was also encouraged to look at the other cars there as there were loads to chose from. I found the sales guy to be helpful and even though I didn't decide quickly I didn't feel rushed or pressured. The car had full service history and 12 months MOT and I've just put it through its next MOT and was really please that it flew through.

Fantastic service from this company, we did have a problem with the car after getting it home but I got on the phone and the manager was so helpful and we got the problem fixed the same day. I wish I could give them more stars as the customer service that all of the men had was excellent, I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Well done to you all for making our experience a good one

I purchased a car from Cash4cars and was blown away by the customer services. £100.00 secured the car, it was taken off the sales platform (Autotrader) and guaranteed that I couldn't be gazumped. The car was everything that I hoped for.Friendly, accommodating and professional.But their customer services was the best. Stayed open late, picked me up from the station and gave a follow-up call to make sure that I was satisfied.

I wouldn’t give a star if I didn’t have to. We purchased a car which was delivered faulty (after a “full service”) we had it diagnosed by two garages as needing a new clutch and steering rack, we sent it back to cash for cars and they said they had replaced the clutch but the steering rack was not faulty. We didn’t want to accept a faulty car back so we asked for a refund, they ignored our calls until the 60 days had passed and then offered a refund for A LOT less than what we had paid. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Over a 2.5 hour journey to get to them to see a car that I had rang about earlier to confirm availability. Upon reaching all the staff including the owner were very welcoming and hospitable. I never purchased the car upon the day due to personal reasons, however, the service I received from everyone there left a lasting impression, highly recommended!

We bought a Smart Car a few months ago. Wanted to leave it a while as not to give a hasty review. We had to do our viewings/buying on Sundays due to work commitments. The gentleman was really helpful. We had a test drive, only a small point needed (air con) we mentioned it, and they did it before we picked up the car. The actual transaction was quick and painless.We got the extra warranty. It is made clear that SHOULD an issue arise, you go through your local garage...not them. I mention this as we saw reviews that said they got no help when something went wrong further down the line, which doesn't seem fair, as they make this really clear when you make the transaction.I've had the car 3-4 months now, and I am still so happy with our purchase. Thank you for my lovely little car and for being open on Sunday!

I would definitely recommend cash 4 cars to my friends and family. Although the car I purchased had a minor issue after buying, they provided me with a courtesy car and resolved the issue very promptly! I would definitely return in the future. Everyone at the dealer was very friendly and helpful. Thank you !
