I booked quotation for 4pm. No-show. I called at 4:15 to ask where they were. No reply. Finally turned up at 6:30pm without an apology for being over 2 hours late. Unbelievably unprofessional.

Great service, punctual, good helpful advice, price quoted was the price paid. They turned up earlier than arranged and waited for me to arrive so as to not spook my elderly father. They were polite and very knowledgeable and with their office sorting out the paperwork very well it was soon all sorted. It's good to find a local company that you can trust and recommend.
