Chris and Lenka are fabulous, very friendly and excellent workmanship. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. I thought my van would be with them a couple of days, but within an hour I was on my way home with it! Apart from that they are just really lovely people, honest and fair, never overcharges. The level to which he works is amazing. Will definitely be returning.

Having used this company for a number of years i feel so let down by Chris. Eventually i had too threaten court action too receive the money i had paid in advance for my part! i am aware the company have changed premises but i have always maintained contact myself which they clearly do not! emails can be supplied if requested! Personally i would never use this company ever again, which is reflected by other users! There must be other and better companies out there?

I contacted complete caravan services on a Friday morning in desperate need of a motor home to hire (after being let down by another hirer at the last minute). By 2pm the same day my husband had collected the motor home! Having been fully briefed by Chris my husband (scarily) had become a motor home expert! I can not recommend this company enough, in terms of what they provide but also the way they do it! Thank you for saving our wedding anniversary Vicki & Mark

Arrived at Bladon Chains to discover we had lost the tap from the fresh water drain pipe and as we took water on board it was pouring our the other end!!! Quick Google search brought up Complete Caravan Services 10 minutes away. After calling to establish they should have something to help us out, we drove the the ten minutes and in 5 minutes we were sorted out with plug to block the drain as a temporary measure. They were obviously very busy but took the time out to help us out which was much appreciated.

After using Complete Caravan Services for some years for hiring a caravan over the F1 weekend, we experienced appalling customer service this year. We were accused of damaging the toilet, which we knew was untrue. They held back our deposit until they eventually 5 days later confirmed that as we already knew, there was no damage to the toilet whatsoever.They ignored emails and calls, which is simply a failure of the very basics of customer service. I really think Lenka needs to go on some refresher training on customer service.Disappointing to say the least especially considering we were a returning customer.

We took our Lunar caravan here to get some floor delamination repairs done which were completed to a high standard and for a very fair price. I also asked Chris to look at another seemingly small niggling problem which turned out to be a major structural fault with the caravan and it was literally falling apart. Chris's experience prevented a costly and possible horrendous situation occurring on the motorway and was able to carry out the repairs for us.

Was between motorhomes and needed a last minute rental, CCS could not have been more helpful and the vehicle provided was really well equipped with everything you could think of. Have driven past thousands of times but never visited before, shop is an Aladdin's cave. Definitely will be back!

Having driven past it and having to go up around and back again, we are so glad we did or we would never have met Chris who runs this excellent company. We bought our latest van from him. He went out of his way to get it ready for us and presented it to us in pristine condition. His attention to detail and helpfulness was above and beyond standard customer service. It was a pleasure to do business with him and we will be going back to him when the annual service is due.
