This is an excellent dive club, not only for those who have never dived before, and just want give it a try, but also for beginners and experienced divers alike, there is plenty of opportunity to train and advance your skills or, simply just go to diving.I have found them to be a friendly and welcoming group, with a wealth of knowledge and experience, that they are more than pleased to share.

I have been with the club for a year now and I can honestly say they are amazing at what they do.There is always someone to answer a question about training to dive.The support you receive through the training to become a diver is exceptional and they have all the equipment you need to be able to do this.Great club and tema.

Recently joined this club, fantastic friendly people, amazing dive trips so far and more to come. Already signed up for further training. Looking forward to increasing my dive knowledge.

Our sister BSAC club in South Yorkshire - very friendly, meeting on Monday nights at Dearneside Leisure Centre.

After a try dive session while on holiday, I decided to follow it up and get myself qualified. I spent a lot of time researching my options and decided on the BSAC approach instead of PADI for the slower more methodical approach instead of the conveyor belt system that PADI seems to create.Dearne Valley Divers was recommended, so I went to have a chat, was happy with the setup and signed up that night during their social nightI've been attending now for about 3 months and am coming to the end of my Ocean Diver certification.The standard of instruction is excellent. The support and advice is excellent. Their activity diary such as diving holidays and mini breaks are plentiful. They have their own rib and unfathomable years of experience to pass on.5 stars and recommended to anyone that wants to get into scuba.

I've always wanted to try scuba diving, and I'm glad I did. It was a really interesting, exciting experience and I'll be getting more involved in the future. I was surrounded by enthusiastic people and some highly skilled and experienced divers.
