Absolutely rubbish. We've gone several times this week not open at any of the times specified 3.10pm, 5pm, 10am, 12.30pm! Maybe they open midnight to 5am?

Absolutely amazing customer service support from a wonderful member of staff - Ali. I had arrived close to closing time to print off an image, so was not expecting to be provided with a high level of support. However, Ali could not do enough for me. She dropped everything she was doing and helped me through the entire process. She was extremely friendly and warm too. Will 100% be returning to print in the future :) Thank you.

Twice I tried to print a gift voucher there, but unsuccessfully. Both times a lady with grey hair had some kinds of technical issues: she couldnt't assess her email, and on 23 December evening the till was broken. Suspiciously enough, both times I was there near the closing time. So at what time do the business stops serving customers and starts the closing procedures? Please put in Maps the real working hours then!

This branch lost the pictures from three disposable cameras that I brought in to be developed. I rang them every day for 3 weeks for updates and was promised they would chase it up and call me back each time. I received zero calls. I understand mistakes happen but the way it was dealt with was very disappointing and I would think twice before trusting them with any pictures you value.

Exceptional service at Max Spielmann, Tesco store on Western Avenue Cardiff today. I was looked after/ advised and given time to make my choices. The lady that helped me throughout was called Bridgette she was helpful, polite and certainly knowledgeable.Many thanks Bridgette.

Had my passport photo done here. Great little shop within Tesco. They do the passport code as well if you are thinking of doing your passport online.

Been visiting a couple times to print out photos and the lady who works there is always in a miserable mood. I’m polite , friendly , always talkative and she just looks like she’d rather be somewhere else. Doesn’t look like she actually wants to help, anything that’s convenient for her just doing it from sitting in her chair behind the desk. I’ve felt uncomfortable asking her things before , so now I just don’t even bother asking.

literally go anywhere else, received no email or call. turned up to the shop to see if the photos were ready ourselves after hearing nothing and there was no one working (we arrived at 4pm, hours stated they were open 9AM - 6 PM). called the number provided for if there was no one in store 3 times and had no answer.

Update: I had email correspondence with one of the area managers and explained the situation and there was no problem at all getting a refund. When I went into store there was a different woman on duty, and she had been told about my situation and was more than happy to refund me.Please, please don't use for passport photos! The older lady really, really didn't want to have to do them and at first I thought she was going to say no (I think she was mulling over whether to say no). Then she made me sit on a chair, flashed the camera at me once, said 'there you are', printed it out - supposedly according to the standards of the country my passport is from (I made absolutely sure to check) and charged me. The photos did not meet the requirements for two reasons: poor lighting and poor print quality. In other words, wholly unsuitable. I can't even send the digital version to the passport office. I am now running out of time to get a passport. This is appalling. At the time I wondered what was wrong with the lady (I nearly asked if she was ok). I am so upset.

Hi, have today been in this Max Spielman to have some large canvas prints done with multiple photographs on it. I did not have a clue and the young lady could not have been more helpful and I loved the results so much I bought myself one as well. Thank you so much you were a star today. Jan
