Good customer service, I initially bought a pair of braces and when I chased up the delivery, the company said upon packaging them, the item was in worse condition that thought and didn't feel right sending then.They offered me a refund or exchange and I managed to get a better pair for the same price.I think the website could use some ease of use improvements and change from Evri as the courier but good overall

Awesome ! I was expecting the delivery to be slow from the UK to Australia, but it came in today - faster than i expected, what a pleasant surprise! T hanks to Graham at Fogey's for communicating to me promptly. Very happy with the purchase of Arthur Thurston arm garters, they are great quality and easy to adjust too , couldn't be happier!

AdvantagesGood website, shipping and communication good.DisadvantagesDid not make clear there would be import duties. Completely unclear sizing on website. If a 38 chest and 28 waist suit (S/M) was originally made for a person who is 2.30 metres (Standard waist and chest but very very long) this should be made as clear as possible in the title of the item. Suit looks great, just ridiculously big and unwearable.
