Zoo Hair & Beauty

This is my husband's account as I don't have one but felt as though I needed to say something about Zoo hair and beauty in Stirling. I called to make an appointment to give them a try as I had heard so many positives.Firstly I like to spoil myself with weekly manicures, regular bikini waxing, hair dies and new styles. So I spend alot of money on these places and there is nothing better than feeling pampered.BUT, I always try a place first before devoting my time and money to anywhere.I called ZOO and asked to be booked in for a new hair style. The girl at the other end of the phone asked a few questions and said I should come in and have a consultation with Kevin on Tuesday 28th of January. I then recieved a lovely text confirming. So far so good. I went in and met with Kevin who asked about colouring. When I replied that it was a style and cut that I was looking for his face dropped and he frowned. He replied I dont know why you are in for a consultation then" . I thought here we go!. He asked if I had a style in mind. I showed him a picture and he asked when I wanted it done. How about tomorrow at 12.30. I did say that I was working at 2pm but that wasn't an issue. Again. Slightly worried at his reaction

Zoo saved the day when my regular mobile hairdresser was unavailable. After vowing never to visit another salon again after so many bad experiences I was advised to go to Zoo. Great haircut and atmosphere and not ripped off like I have been before. No hard sell of products either. Thank you!

Angelina was really good and concentrated on parts of my back and shoulders that needed some work. I will definitely recommend it to anyone, and I will be back.

I use this beauty establishment for maintenance ie waxing. Always get a nice welcome from any of the staff but especially Angelina.

Needed a new hairdresser following a move from London. Kevin is hired! Amazing colour and cut. He listened to what I envisaged and done a fab job. I’d recommend to anyone.

Really nice environment, clean and nice smelling place, and I had a very nice back and shoulder massage. Definitely worth the money, I'd absolutely go again.
