No accommodation for delays.No warning on website that a reasonable delay will lead to you not getting what you paid for .Poor service levelPoor attitudePlace has gone down hill massivelyEdit . drive past not 20 minutes later and the garage was still as empty as when i arrived . clearly couldn't be arsed to do the work .

The staff are always friendly and approachable, giving advice/help when needed. I know nothing about cars, etc but I never feel belittled by the staff there. I highly recommend this store for your motoring needs!

Very very disappointed would never recommend or ever go back. with the general service from staff today. The moment i walked in the lady behind the counter had no idea how to speak or deal with a customer took her 15 mins ofMyself standing there for her to then go get someone about my problem. The moment the manager walked through the door you could tell instantly he could not be bothered instantly!!!! His whole attitude/actions was absolutely appalling! My problem was never solved! so left with driving on one punctured tyre ! one bold tyre! and one tyre the wasn’t fit for purpose for my vehicle. There was no oh don’t worry we will try are best to help you. It Was just a point blank no I can’t be bothered attitude.I will add I was the only vehicle to have been there at the time. The place needs a good shake up!!!

Extremely rude manager, Adam. My wife had two brand new tyres fitted with alignment carried out. My wife said steering felt light when she got back from having the work carried out. I checked tyres a couple days later and found them beginning to feather on the outer edges.Called the garage 3 days later to be told that you wouldn’t see an issue like this for a couple thousand miles but to bring it down when possible and they’ll take another look.Following Saturday we took the vehicle down to be told they couldn’t look at it then. Called them on the Monday and they said to bring the vehicle down.Adam was rude from the minute I walked in there. I suggested the toes were out causing scrubbing on the tyres, he claimed that would be camber and not toe being the issue as toes wouldn’t do that. Once I watched on the alignment screen that they adjusted the toes as they were miles out he then said that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Refused to give me my money back for the alignment that was incorrectly carried out in the first place. Then told me there was nothing wrong with the tyres at all. Pictures attached will show you the wear on the outer edges on the tyres after 250 miles.Very very poor service from this place and won’t be using them again.

I stopped by to ask if they also did wheels repair etc, and the person was rude as you like. Told me to Google if I wanted wheels repaired and turned his back and walked away while I was still speaking. I couldn't even finish asking about getting other services.I'm glad he showed his true colors right then!

Well where to start booked my car in for a service last Saturday took my car in and the guys said if my oil filter was in a difficult place they wouldn't be able to do my service then got told they don't top up gear box oil as they are not trained to do it (even though its part of a service) was told it would take 2 to 3 hours to complete my service the car was outside within a hour so went in there garage and asked if it was done they said yes but they couldn't complete it as there was no technician to check my gear box so called customer service and explained they told me to go to the guildford branch this Saturday and agreed with me for messing me about I would get a fuel filter free of chargeJust called to make sure my fuel filter would be there as had no confirmation now getting told they can't do fuel filter as there is no technician on that site also gearbox can't be topped up and will need to go to a specialist so now trying to get a full refund as I've paid 298 for a service and it hasn't been done my advise to anyone using this company is get it done somewhere else and save yourself the hassle I've been having as there a tyre company not machanicThen he come out with my exhaust brackets are all broken and I need a full exhaust quoted me 900+ for that and also my front shock was badly leaking oil I needed a new shock quotes me 328So I went to another garage as I wanted a second opinion and got told my exhaust was all intact and nothink to worry about and front shock had a light misting and was also nothink to worry aboutSo be careful as they are clearly trying to scam people out of money for work that doesn't need doing

Shocking experience from start to finish. Organised a mobile tyre fitting only to to be told by the fitter when he turned up that he was unable to fit my tyres due to the car previously having been fitted with run flats. The fitter clearly had no idea of the law or how to do his job as he repeatedly stated that it was against the law (it is not) and that it would invalidate my insurance (again it would not) to fit the tyres I had ordered. I begrudgingly said that if this was the case, could he just give me the tyres I had paid for that were in the back of his van and that I would get them fitted elsewhere. Again, I was met by the same response and he refused to give me the products I had paid for.Upon contacting customer service, I was rudely dismissed by a manger who said that it was my fault for ordering incorrect tyres (they are not) and that apparently it is common knowledge that the law states you can not fit non run flats to a car that has previously had run flats installed. A complete lie and totally illogical.My recommendation would be to steer well clear of this company as they prey on customers with no mechanical knowledge and seem to employ individuals who struggle to understand basic laws and customer service.
