Merit motors is absolutely the best experience I’ve had in buying a vehicle hands down. Great team and very welcoming. The Insignia I bought was in immaculate condition top to bottom inside and out. It’s clear that the guys at Merit take extra measures to ensure the satisfaction of their customers through their customer service and A* products.

I bought a 2014 120d from Merit Motors in Nov 2023 and could not be happier with the car. It was exactly as advertised and Harry even offered to collect me from the train station as I was travelling up from South Wales. Harry answered all questions about the car honestly and fully and the car was accurately priced, exactly as advertised and fully valeted and mot'd ahead of my arrival. I found dealing with Merit Motors to be a relaxing experience and Harry was helpful and professional throughout and happily adjusted the price down to allow for an mot advisory. I would definitely buy from Merit Motors again.

I found a very nice Juke on auto trader for sale from merit motors. After a hellish 10 hour train journey from West Wales, I was massively relieved to be met at the station by Harry, who very kindly drove me to the forecourt to see the juke.Upon seeing the juke, it was exactly as I was told, and exactly as the pictures. I was ecstatic to have such an accurate description after travelling so far.I've had the car for 24 hours and so far so good. It made the six hour journey back home with ease.I can't thank Harry enough, he was absolutely amazing throughout the whole sale, and for the week leading up to me collecting the car.I definitely recommend contacting merit motors ltd and asking for harry if you are ever looking for a van, a pickup truck, or even a car.Thank you so much Harry!

Got in touch with Merit motors who came and picked the car up immediately and got the car into the garage and was fixed very quick and delivered back to us. Bought a Van from here recently. Shambles from start to finish!! 3 different postcodes sending you into housing estates!! No signage to where they actually are. Told me the van had been MOT'd and passed on a cracked, loose rear bumper.They claimed the vehicle was EXCELLENT condition but Bumper fault. Loose bulb left in main light just rolling about. Cracked rear indicator plate. 2 or 3 dents. passenger seat faulty on one side and, heating not working....at all!!Only plus side is that they have knocked money off and say they will pay for the heating to be fixed. Jury's out on this firm. They have a lot to learn about trading. Avoid.

Called up regarding a car, went to see it the same day, helped me with everything from tax and everything else. Would definitely come back and use them again, really helpful and the car is as described. No faffing around at all!

Harry was and still is in contact all the time whenever there was any questions needing answered. Traded in my car for a truck and couldn’t have been more easy. I like definitely recommend!

I sold my van to merit motors. The person I dealt with was very quick, efficient and enthusiastic.He gave me my no quibble price and collected the vehicle within hours of the deal. Money was transferred to my account as promised and the transaction was complete. A good experience on my part.
