They cancel shifts last minute for workers and put the blame on them. When they don't have someone for a shift they ask you at midnight to work 8 hours later and expect you to be there. When you say no they force you and pretty much beg for it to fix their faults in planning.

I worked here for nearly 2 years. Always an issue with being paid consistently. Sometimes a day early, sometimes on the right day but late in the evening, sometimes a few days late. Have been chasing my holiday pay for the last 5 weeks as I left after maternity leave but still haven't been paid that yet. Absolutely disgusting to treat people like this.

Shambles of a company. Provides you with unsafe working vehicles then expect you to take them to a garage and pay for the car with a promise to pay you back, which is a lie as they do not pay your wages and claim you somehow owe them money. Constant threats by Imran and Becky. Writes their own google reviews to try and make themselves look reputable. Do not follow correct CQC process for medication! Not the right equipment for training of staff so makes the job dangerous. Simply do not care about staff or the clients only money!!

Not recommended as places to work, always problem with payment, they treat stuff as trash.
