Pointless ringing doctors these days they ask you what you would like them to do lazy GPs these days. If you have anythink wrong with you go to hospital or just die wouod be better.

I ve never had a problem phoning to make an appointment and have found the receptionists to be polite and friendly. Doctors are variable..arent they always? ....but there are some really excellent ones. Lots of helpful information on screens in waiting room

Always the most polite reception staff of any doctors I've been to.Never had a problem with any of the doctor's here.Sometimes a struggle to get an appointment, but If you get on the phone early, it does help.I would recommend this surgery.

Verry rude staff on telephone a certain woman . Never listens to u , refuses to pass messages on to doctor Croft when the doctor rings u fir an emergency and ur calling him bk fir the receptionist to say no no ring bk Monday when the doctors trying to see me urgent is so rude I will never attend crusade park surgery as long as that woman works there she’s done this to me many times in the past

Leaveing this gp surgery been here for years very bad services,lazy receptionists! Found out of a date of mine his gp is open normal hours which is West Road Medical Centre and Cruddas Park doctors ain't taking appointments due to Covid-19 pandemic..1 of the worst gp practices in Newcastle!! GOODBYE

Updated: the way to get in touch with the surgery is via the NHS app, not by making an appointment (still no appointments are available) but by logging the thing you want to talk to the GP about. Via this route I've been able to speak to my GP.I have been trying to book an appointment with this surgery since I moved here and registered, two weeks ago. I have tried to call on at least 10 different days at different times. I either get the busy" tone or the answering machine. On the website
