Selling a house can be a stressful time with difficult issues to manage along the way. Once I appointed Romans at Fleet, Eleanor Coles became my contact. Eleanor has a no frills approach to making things happen and on time. Eleanor kept me up to date with progress from start to finish. I can't think of anything Eleanor could have done to make the process better.

I have had the pleasure of renting out properties with Romans for many years, and recently in buying a property with them. During this time I’ve always been thoroughly impressed by their staff and their level of customer service and support. I would recommend Romans to anyone wishing to rent out or sell their property.I’ve been particularly impressed by Debra Barman, Senior Property Manager who continues to deliver. She has great attention to detail and is quick to respond to any questions/issues I have, thus giving me the feeling she is on top of her game. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities to effectively manage my properties, and she often goes above and beyond to help support me. I was really impressed by the professional and efficient service by Romans in Fleet. The repairs had been outstanding for a while and since Jacqueline Miles- Miller became my property manager, she got the repairs done in a very timely manner. She kept me informed step by step on the progress and replied promptly to my emails. Well done! Jacqueline and all the Romans Fleet staff.

I just moved in (well, I say 'just', 3 months ago!) and have to say, Romans have been amazing! Helena, Jodie, Lisa have all been wonderful, and I particularly appreciated the welcome card and little gift that was waiting for me when I moved in. Such a thoughtful gesture. Debra has been great with dealing with any property related questions/queries I've had and Jo Hunt who did the property inspection is an absolute delight! Not quite knowing what to expect, I was a bit nervous but she was so friendly, personable and warm but professional as well, it was actually a lovely experience! All in all, I've had nothing but a great service from Romans and would definitely recommend them.

Overall great experience. If you are lucky enough to have Nick as your agent, I can tell you that you will be in very good hands. Nick kept us in the loop throughout the process and displayed professional etiquette at all times. Thank you Nick for a great customer experience at Roman's.

We rented a property through Romans in Fleet. We found the staff to be extremely pleasant to deal with, especially Debbie. We also had dealings with Aston Busby a Senior Property Manager at Romans. Aston was also extremely pleasant to deal with, always replied to our correspondence on a timely basis and although had empathy with our situation, was thoroughly professional throughout! I cannot recommend Romans Property and Lettings department highly enough!

I used Romans in Fleet to find a property to rent, they were immediately helpful in finding me a place that suited my budget and requirements. Throughout all stages of the process Nick assisted with any queries and provided such a good service it made the whole thing so much less stressful. I dealt with several members of staff throughout the process who were all polite and helpful. I would definitely use romans again after this but in particular I would like to praise Nick who helped me with so many elements of my move, even when it wasn’t related to his department.

We have been tenants through Romans for 7+ years now and have had a few property managers. Our current property manager, Jacqueline Miles-Miller, is outstanding! She is responsive, deals with any issues immediately and in a friendly manner. She provides an excellent level of customer service. We feel we are in good hands and that we have a voice!
