Took the wife here to upgrade and port in her phone from another provider. The staff were good - we were seen by a fairly new starter who occasionally had to get oversight, but he knew his stuff. Like any phone shop, they of course tried to oversell, and seemed dumbfounded by the idea that we'd rather pay more £/GB for a cheaper overall monthly cost, but it was handled with good humour. They did their best to get us a good deal, taking into account existing O2 accounts at the address, employee discounts etc. Overall good, but not quite excellent.

The best O2 shop I've been in ...nothing was to much trouble,both Chris and Sam were amazing ..thankyou so much to both of you ..If your looking for a new phone I'd highly recommend visiting the crystal peaks store ....

The young lady on duty tried to be helpful but did not know a lot. Was unable to cancel my contract with them as she did not know how to do it. I was advised to go through customer service, which I had already done quite a few times, and they told me to go into the shop.I am really glad I am with EE for my own phone, and the other phone was my work one.

Been in the shop today to upgrade, very poor customer service the girl was working the figures out of what my monthly contract would be and then said to the trainee working alongside her I dont think I've worked that out right, the trainee looked half a sleep and said she couldn't wait for the painkillers to kick in. Not very proffesional between the pair of them. Hence I left the shop with no upgrade

Iris was really helpful transferring my details from old to new phone. Was way more complicated than they said at the contact centre but she took it in her stride. Will definitely go direct to the shop next time.

Better going some were els as trade in prices is bad for your old phone .and not expert on screen burn they said it had it when it did not
