I took my Mum today for a rollator. We wanted something not too heavy, easily foldable, good for rough terrain, a good height so my Mum did not have too stoop and something that move elegantly like a Silver Cross pram. We had excellent service from Glen, he was knowledgeable, helpful, and we were able to have a demo of all rollators. He showed us how to increase height, how to put brakes on, how to fold, all the advantages and disadvantages, nothing was too much trouble. We actually looked at most of the shops stock. By the end of the consultation we were able to make an informed choice and make a purchase that we were very happy with. We were very impressed by Glen's knowledge and we will no doubt be back as we also noted the good choice of rising chairs and other aids.Thank you for an excellent experience.

I purchased a powerchair from Advantage Mobility at The Lifestyle Centre in the Bridgeway Centre, the staff there are fantastic. They assessed my needs and ensured I go the right solution to meet my needs. I moved from a mobility scooter to a powerchair as this is much easier on public transport - I am now able to go down to London on the train. They even loaned me a chair for a trial trip to make sure this was the right choice for me - how good is that?The chair is actually easier to put in the boot of my car than the scooter, great product, great people, fantastic service and very competitively priced.I hear many horror stories of people buying mobility scooters or wheelchairs from the internet - this is a significant purchase and the wrong product can have a negative impact on someone’s health or it might be the wrong thing - you really need to try the product before you buy - the space at TLC is huge and so they have a wide range of products for you to see and try.Five stars in the maximum I can give them, they deserve more!Thank you so much.

An excellent showroom with first class support. Went in to hire a mobility scooter, came back and purchased a rollator. Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great range of chairs, strollers, appliances etc - has to be the best in Nottingham!

I recently purchased a new power chair from Advantage Mobility - warm, friendly and professional staff, expert advice, they were truly impartial, wanting to make sure I was fully assessed and then matched to the right product for me. No pressure selling, completely ethical approach - and all of their profits are donated to the local charity Age UK Notts to help local older people - how good is that!! With some a well-known, trusted brand like Age UK backing them they must be the mobility shop to choose - I travelled across the city to visit them - well worth the effort - two local shops were no where near as good as these guys. There was plenty of free car parking space, including blue badge bays - plus close to the tram, bus and railway station - very easy to get to. I can't speak more highly of this outlet, whatever your need they will do their best to help.
