Doctors are nice, staff in the front are HORRID.Didn’t know how to use patient access properly and the woman who took the call was sniggering, almost mocking. There is a sign in the reception saying not to abuse staff etc, I wouldn’t personally it’s not my character, but I do wonder why these supposed ‘human beings’ don’t lead by example…Everything is over complicated, the joining of Taplow Health centre to Burnham should’ve never happened - it just made things much worse!

Worst worst service ever.Don't know what doctors are doing. On asking, receptionist said they are busy in some complex work. I asked her what complex work , is some surgery/ operation start happening in GP. She was speechless.Whenever i visit gp, paramedic see patient. Even my 3 year old daughter seen by her and then ended up at last with doctor and antibiotics after 10 days of struggle of getting appointment. My son who was so sick , got appointment of doctor after almost begging then fighting from receptionist to have doctor appointment, she was trying to give paramedic appointment. They are also the reason of mental health among people because whenever any of my kid get sick, I start having anxiety of how to get for doctor appointmen, because paramedic appointments are just waste of time. For them everything is fine.I question what qualifications paramedic have other that paramedic Science/internship/ apprenticeships, there is a huge between 5 years MBBS degree the paramedics course . We are human not machine so anyone can seen our children. We can saved those children who died from scarlet fever if doctors don't depend on paramedic . Receptionist think they are doctors so they can decide who will get doctor appointment and who get paramedic. They don't know even deadly diseases having symptoms of fever etc. Like covidd.thanks God Chinese doctor seen a patient otherwise this paramedic consider it viral too. Just like scarlet fever. Still GP doctors are not getting lessons and still same behavior. This system is not acceptable. Why should I see a paramedic when we are paying high taxes . Still we are struggling to see a doctor. Whenever I visited gp, it's all empty. Why ? Covid is over. People back to their work. No more work from home, market are full , but GP still stuck in covid era. Don't be a doctor if you can justify your profession. There must a check and balance from government on GP surgery. They can't play with our children live. Those who think they staff is nice , so yes they are nice untill so speak for your rights. Until you question about doctor appointment.Better to have European medical setup, pay insurance and get appointment wherever you want.Thinking to take admission in MBBS , so after 5 years at least Im capable of treating my kids.Useless GP. Although they are getting paid from government per patient. They are not giving free service but still behave like they are giving us some favors.Trying to find some sensible gp where at least kids seen by Doctor. This gp doctor doesn't have heart for kids that'why send children to unprofessional inexperience paramedic.

All I am going to say is good luck getting an appointment! The receptionists are so patronising, they don't care about what is wrong with you. I do wonder what GP's are actually doing if they are not seeing patients.

Receptionists without medical training (or any compassion) shouldn't be the ones triaging phone calls and deciding if your condition is serious enough and whether you should see the doctor in person or get a phone call. Also, they are often rude and patronising and can't process simple requests. The few times I managed to get an appointment and I visit the surgery, there are no patients waiting, so I have no idea where all the appointments go, or what the doctors do. You just see doctors and staff drinking cups of tea when you are there. Where have all the appointments gone? Why are there only 2 appointments left in the afternoon? Why do they need to close the useful" phone lines from 13:00 to 13:30 when there are multiple receptionists at the desk who could take shifts? Covid restrictions made them lazier than they were in the first place."

Would give 0 starts if i could.Hace to call at 8am most of the time the phone is busy and sometime you have to wait an 1 hour to get through to someone just to be told no appointmnets or go on app this is a non stop issue.Today i got through to someone just be told they couldn't hear me and the line disconnected. When she called back she said no phone call appoibtments left what a waste of time.Rarely after months of trying manage to get an appointment. These people don't know how to deal with sick people, very annoyed want to switch surgery but out of catchement of the other nearest one.

Have had good experiences the past couple of years but called today to book a nursing appointment and the person i spoke to (Donna) was so rude and condescending. So unnecessary to be talking like that.

In 6 months, I never saw a single appointment available on the patient access app. The only way to get an appointment to call at 8 am. and wait 30 minutes. The worst surgery doctors avoid refers to specialists.walk in a boold test at the hospital now that stop after covid. Now, surgery gives blood test appointment after 2 weeks. nhs is going down. Hope nhs can handle new asylum seekers coming to uk because own national they can't handle

In my opinion, this a very well organised GP practice with really brilliant people - everyone is kind and helpful. I haven't had an issue booking an appointment either on the phone or via the patient access app and we have needed a lot of appointments due to my husband having had back surgery. I am really grateful for their support over the last year and thankful to have a such a wonderful medical centre so close to my home.

Would give minus stars if I couldBeen with the surgery for 15+ years and jsut seems to be going go the dogsThe receptionist think they own surgery and just repky like robots an automated service probably would have more compassionThey dont care as my family have had serious issues and they just dont care the doctors also seem to have lost focus or too busy and under pressure. My complaints are a bit too personal and my son was admitted to a hospital in Chelsea and they were shocked that our Gp surgery did not do the needful when he has a similar problem in December and that was an eye opener though been meaning to move since my minor knee injury was not given the appropriate treatment in time prolonging itHowever the last straw in the camels back when i saw a physio on Tuesday and the pain got worst in fact it had started calming but since i had made an appointment 3 weeks ago thought will get it checked and get the right exercise; but unfortunately it made the pain worst than it was when it started and I call today as i know the physio works Tuesdays and Thursdays, so i requested a call back and she tells me that the physio cannot call back but can give me an appointment on tge 24th. Was she serious, they don’t take responsibility or careJust like they left my son to die same response you suffer we are doing you a favour by giving you an appointment then whether you live or die is not our problem or responsibilityBesides i had requested Naproxen a month ago from receptionist but couldn’t get an appointment with the Gp or medicine management when i see a doctor for my flu vaccine she said you should have got it sorted through medicine management and they would have asked us to dispenseMy neighbour gave me some and got some more sorted through her familyThe list goes on and onFinally they have 24000 patients and release only 3-10 appointments on patient accessIsn't this a joke?I was already paranoid about my son’s issues not treating appropriately but this experience made me even mire furiousGod help everyone in this surgeryI am the last one to post reviews but they have really been unbelievably inhuman and unprofessionalGutted and they really need to be ques And reported to NHS for the unbelievable low service levelsWhy take so many patients if you dont have the resourcesAlso one of the new doctors who is probably younger than ny daughter threatened my daughter who has moved to East London but not changed doctors as yet and the senior doctors are aware, but this Dr Patel who has just joined the surgery threatens to report herLittle know thet my dayghter is one of the solicitors who was involved in the drafting of the contract if Frimley Health takeoverSeriously pray BHC read this and is an eye opener to improve in the name of humanity

Most of the medical staff are lovely and helpful, but other services really let the health center down.- extremely difficult to make an appointment, despite the multiple ways to contact the surgery.- patronising receptionist(*) responds with sarcastic comments and belittles reasons for appointments.- appointments that should last roughly 10 minutes, only last a couple of minutes at best.- appointments are rushed and some medical staff will speak over you during appointment/ will rush to get though the appointment as quickly as possible.- rare to get a face to face appointment. Almost always given a phonecall appointment.- difficult to make an appointment for a later date/time. Only really allows you to make emergency appointments in the morning as soon as the surgery opens.(*) when asked roughly how long appointment would take (as the only time she offered was close to clashing with the time I need to collect my child from school), her response was I'm not a medical professional". When giving her the reason for my call
