OVER THE TOP CORNISH PASTIES

I am a true Cornishman now living in Twickenham. I ordered 10 steak pasties on line and they arrived nice and frozen as suggested. We ate two of them that evening and I was quite amazed that there was little sign of potato, swede (turnip) and onions in the contents. Loads of skirt meat which I know is expensive. This was more of a meat pie. Having said that, what we had was very tasty and enjoyed them but they did not have the authentic pasty taste through the lack of veg. Perhaps Pasty making is different in North Cornwall compared to south west Cornwall. I shall be ordering again but will suggest in the comments box to include more veg and less meat please. A merry christmas to you all.

I visited at 12.30 on a Saturday and there were only large steak pasties left. It was a very good size and was ok but I didn’t get the wow factor others have mentioned. It was over cooked, pastry a little too well done. Too peppery for me and in comparison to other pasties I’ve had. The steak was also all at one end of the pasty. Maybe I caught them on a bad day.

This is a delivery, Lovely Pasties, have bought few different ones and these are by far the best. Little difference in size and shape on this batch slight quality issue with that, I'm sure same weight etc but better if a bit more uniform. Just missed 5 stars due to.

Just picked 3 pasties from Over the Top , now remember they moving to Calsock on the 25th October. Hopefully they continue to supply superb quality goods. All the best.

I really enjoyed their pasties.I don't think I had a good pasty before so I was a bit apprehensive. But I was positively surprised! Veggies cooked well, same as the meat. Very good choice as well. Will be having more.

Such lovely people and pasty’s. Will defo miss how nice the young lad is, will come again xo

I’m lucky enough to have OTT close by to my workplace, so I often visit for lunch. The pasties are exceptional. A very generous portion of meat and veg inside. The pastry is crisp and golden, just as it should be. Their bacon turnovers (fave food ever) are the best I’ve had to date too. I honestly couldn’t recommend this company enough - they continue to produce some of the best baked goods you’ll find in Cornwall, IMO!

First time this week trying the Cornish Pasties, there was only one left so me and my husband had to share, it was delicious, lovely pastry and great filing will definitely be back for a pastie each
