I have never met or known anyone to be so rude and argogant! Talk about poor customer service. No manners at all! We payed our desposit of which it states in the contract and to settle the remaining balance once carpet is fitted. Of which we had made pretty clear we were renovating the property and couldnt give and exact date when we wanted the carpet fitted. He seemed absolutly fine with this in person. Said within the two months we should be ready for this to be fitted. Then the rude persitant arogant phone calls started coming in, leaving snotty measages on my landline answerphone of which my entire family can hear! 1. I would not recomend this Graham guy if you are after honest customer service relationship because you wont get it from him. 2. His a rip off merchant , Top quality carpet i got promiced and i got cheap stuff that i could pick up down the market. 3. His not there to help you he dont care what you want he just wants money!! All about the money. Very un professional stay well clear! Word of advice dont even get a quote he will probably harrase you to buy from him!

Overpriced and unable to provide breakdowns of cost but happy to take large amounts of money for the elderly and not return it when the work had been cancelled. Shop around, you’ll find the same or similar service for half the price.
