Ben and his team were really responsive on my initial request for them to check out the cause of leaks at my property. They quickly covered the roof to prevent more weather damage and Ben communicated the work required as well as providing photos. The work was completed to quote and to a high standard. We are very happy with the extensive work they completed and would use them again which is recommendation in itself.

We found Ben on Trustatrader, and he was very responsive. We were after a roof inspection and quote for potential works on a property we were purchasing. He was able to get in quickly, and then followed up with an phone call and written quote that was easy to understand. He has since helped us with further discussions with the seller with other quotes they received, helping us with our negotiations.

Our roof sustained damage to ridge tiles and cracked roof tiles due to storm Eunice. Ben and his team handled my call professionally and attended the next day (Saturday morning) to make emergency repairs to the damaged tiles and remove a loose chimney pot, with photos taken to show me the damage. Options and costs were well communicated. The work made the roof safe until a more comprehensive repair could be done, providing great peace of mind.

Ben & his team were excellent. They assessed my roof, took pictures & videos to show where areas needed remediation, they provided options (and recommended the cost effective options rather than the most expensive ones), work conducted was very good and were very neat and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend.
