Great night back with live DJ. Craig Charles Funk and Soul night. Could do with some chairs for us oldies!!

Was here for a winter ball. Great location on the waterfront and a very beautiful building. The room we were in was big enough to hold everyone without talking up space for the dance floor. Served a 3 course meal and the starter was nice, but the main was bland, cold and the chicken was mostly bone, the dessert was a slice of cheesecake that was rock solid and they gave us plastic forks which broke very easily.

Amazing venue and fantastic owners. Beautiful manicured gardens and amazing views of the beach and sea. A great building.

Lovely venue and a great show

The venue itself is beautiful! Have been to many live events here over the years from extreme metal to reggae and hip-hop, all of which have sounded brilliant. The staff are great, friendly and helpful. The Door staff are very much included in this.My ONLY issue with the place is that it's like a walk-in freezer during the colder months (what a surprise, eh?). Unfortunately, it's just the nature of the beast with such old (but beautiful) buildings. Just something to remember when attending any of the brilliant events there

Food was good, but blinds are needed for the windows. We had to wear sunglasses to eat our food. At the wrong time of day and on certain tables the sun is directly in front of you.

Was looking forward to my first visit seeing a tribute here but left feeling deflated for many reasons.The layout is absolutley terrible as the bar is located by the main door, which means movement is difficult when it's really busy. This actually made me really anxious to use the toilets as you had to get through tonnes of drunk people pushing each other at the bar.The bar should be located to the back and the sound booth closer to the stage. Which leads me to the sound ...The sound was just OK and I am convinced the sound engineer couldn't hear everything be needed to so far back ... if the sound booth moved forward between the pillars then the bar could stretch across the back.Toilets were gross with no toilet paper, and the disabled door did not seem to lock, as many people walked in on this poor guy in a wheelchair so many times ...The biggest put off was the quality and price of drinks, which I thought was crazy for swansea. The Guinness honestly tasted like fish and thank you to the staff member who gave me a refund ... Followed by the comment hope the lemonade is better"

Really nice venue, band was great. Nice staff.No seating at all text though, shocked by the lack of awareness that this gig was likely to be attended by fans 50 years + some of us might need to sit down. Not all people with disabilities are in a wheelchair. It would have been useful to know this before hand as I would have brought my own. No info / website available to check the facilities . Having to stand for 4 hours caused me a lot of pain.Also given a wrist band on entry and then was not allowed to leave the venue,to sit in the park. What was the point of having a wrist band?!

Just greatUpstairs function room is perfect for family/ friends/ colleagues celebrations/ events/ get together etc

Absolute Bowie were brilliant. The thing that let's the place down is ..it's too cold there . Thankfully we could dance to warm ourselves up !
