Ordered fleece 5 weeks ago and nothing! Emailed the company couple of times and no response. How people like this actually run a business baffles me. Shocking customer service!

I ordered the fleece on 27th May for fathers day. Website said 3 weeks to arrive. Its now 7 weeks since the order and 4 weeks late.Father's day has long gone!I emailed 3 weeks ago and they said it will be posted before or on 30th June. We'll that's not happened. They said I'd get 25% off my next order for the lateness.I just think you need to say honestly what you delivery times are! There appears ro be plenty of anecdotal evidence on these reviews that it takes longer than 3 weeks to arrive. Just say it! I'd have probably still ordered one but sooner.Thing is... I dont even know if its ever going to arrive. I've emailed again so waiting to hear back for a dishonest response likely.The emails are incredibly apologetic and the vibe I get from the company is that they are a small friendly and very busy business... its just the dishonesty that bugs me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!Ordered weeks ago, and they’re very quick to take your money but absolutely nothing else. Turnaround time supposedly 14-21 days but it’s been weeks. Emailed 4 times through their website or through the email provided to be given an automated email stating they will reply within one working day and still NOTHING! Seems many people having the same problem!Raised a dispute for the bank to try and get my money back and will be reporting this fraudulent company! Just wish I’d done more research!

Customer service, communication and delivery time is SHOCKINGLY AWFUL! My order was placed October I’m still waiting in middle of December! It is a joke! I only found out about this delay by contacting them. They did NOT contact me to inform me of a huge delay!

Placed an order on 29th June website says 14-21 days delivery time after 28 days still no sign of the fleece. Contacted them multiple times over email and on their contact us form on their website with no response for days at a time. Eventually got an email back saying it was conveniently dispatched. Unfortunately told my mum about them a few days after I ordered and she has also ordered the same fleece. She has waiting over 7 weeks for her order it’s still not arrived with NO contact from the company despite several emails and tried to phone them from the number on Google. I would not recommend this company, AVOID at all costs.

If I could rate zero stars I would - DO NOT TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE - five months for proposed" delivery - ordered in August and I've been told I MIGHT get it by end of December - but can't cancel my order because it's in "Quality Control" - what a load of rubbish - outrageous company with no morals or standards."

Horrible company with horrible customer service. It took over 2 months for my fleece to arrive and that was only because I prompted them with an email requesting a refund. Order from somewhere else. I have actively been discouraging colleagues from ordering from this company.

Possibly the most disgusting customer service I have seen. Ordered over 2 months ago, still not got my item. Emailed and contacted multiple times to receive no reply. Unable to get a refund. Would never recommend or use again!!

Waited 8 weeks for my order now, still not received it, every time I email to ask where it is I get an email advising they are busy and will get it shipped within 21 days. Having to go through the bank to put in a request to get my refund back as now I have asked for a refund turns out no one answers emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!

Don’t order from this company absolutely ridiculous, placed an order in June and still not arrived. Pretty sure this company is a scam if you read other reviews. They haven’t responded to any of my emails.
