I have certainly enjoyed my stay at Luna Student Accommodation and appreciate the team at Luna all teams have been wonderful to me throughout my stay here. Beverly, Sabrina and Tatiana who continues to give exceptional customer service to myself and the rest of the students.If you are looking for a lovely accommodation this is the place to be.

Lovely place to stay at I would recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation.All the customer service team are wonderful team to be around.One of the members has been outstanding her name is Beverly she a very friendly lady which has helped me with my application from start to finish.Accommdation is very clean and has a lot of facilty that you can use which is included in the room rate.If you are looking for a place please come visit here

Despite a stressful check-in process, Beverly was a calming presence, for which I'm immensely grateful. Luna is a truly nice place to stay. The staff, always up for a chat, go the extra mile to create a community feel especially tatiana.

As a place to live in university goes it was a really good option. The management were always friendly and attentive and if I had issues always kept me up to date on the status of resolving them until they got resolved which I really appreciated. The whole team was always very accommodating to my needs and did whatever was within their control to aid if issues or requests came up on site. As is unsurprising with such a large establishment there were frequent issues with bins needing to close due to tenant misuse or drain blockages en mass which was quite inconvenient at times. Otherwise, I always enjoyed my interactions with the front desk and felt like Luna was a safe and entertaining environment to live in over the year.

Great place to stay at they provide great customer service here.Beverly and the rest of the team are a unique team to be around always happy and smiling at the reception desk.They have great facilities which are included in the rent.They also provide dual occupation at an extra cost of £20.00.Gym on site for 24 hours which is also free.They organize events which we all attend to.I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a accommodation in Hatfield local to all facilities around.

Really beautiful accommodation with lovely staff (Sabrina). Amazing services, they are always willing to help with anything and everything. Getting settled in is easy, they have so many facilities to use that you don’t find in many places. 100% would recommend to any and every student

The staff are friendly and pleasant to talk to. There are some issues with the place that take time to sort out. But once they get sorted it's a nice place to stay at. Plus the events they hold are a nice touch.

Currently looking for accommodation, arranged a viewing with Beverly who from start to finish was more than helpful with all the enquires and questions I had. Really sweet and personal individual. As i am nervous to move from my family house into an accommodation alone, I found the Luna property to feel safe, clean and a nice environment to be in. I am currently looking at my options, but Luna is top of the list, and Beverly is still assisting me with my queries.

Great accommodation to stay at if you are looking for a studio apartment ensuite facility.They have a communal spaces included a free gym which is open 24 hours.Great customer service from the whole team however I received personal assistance from Beverly & Tatiana lovely ladies which go above and beyond to assist me.I would definitely recommend this place to everyone looking to have a great place.

Luna Accomodation is one of the nicest student accommodation, It's nearer to the university, It is good in security, cleanliness and celebrates all the festivals which makes the occupants feel like home, I would thank Sabrina and all the staff for putting all their efforts in celebrating Diwali festival. It feels good.Thank you :)
