Highly recommended for a prompt and faultless service. Purchased the car we wanted from the comfort of our own home having found a car we wanted with Taylor’s who are over 100 miles away, I was given a live video tour of the vehicle and necessary paperwork and the car was delivered free of charge within a couple of days. Throughout the whole process I was kept updated and it has been the most hassle free service I have come across. As for the actual car, I can not be more happier with the purchase arriving as described and at a great price.

Tried to purchase an owners manual from them that they advertised through e bay. Manual was not delivered. All enquiry e mails were ignored. Was promised a speedy resolution when I contacted them by phone, but again nothing. Company have now been contacted by e bay direct as I have asked for a refund, again no reply or action. Not a large purchase, but if their customer service standard is per my experience , then I would never deal with them.

Fantastic place ! No pressure sales with friendly and helpful staff ! Ensured our new car was tip top before helping us out by delivering it in person !would definitely use these guys again and highly recommended.

I cannot speak more highly of this company but just to say I was looking for a particular car and they had it in stock, I am usually a bit weary of dealing with small companies but I am glad I dealt with this one. The two people that own the company is father and son Dave Senior and Dave Junior and they could not have been more accommodating if they tried. They do not pressurise you in any way they give you the keys you look all round the car yourself and if you like it which I am sure you would because as they say there cars are in excellent condition and I can verify that they are, my car is reg13 with low mileage and it looks and drives like new and I have had quite a few cars in my life being in my 70s and I am very particular when it comes to my car. I would recommend this garage to anyone they deserve there 5 star rating.

Dave and his team have been amazing. Good selection of cars at varying prices. We had gone to see a VW Golf that we had spotted on Autotrader. Dave's knowledge of this particular vehicle was excellent. The paperwork for it was spot on and we collected it a few days later (but not before the promised finishing touches were complete along with 12 months MOT) Nothing was too much trouble. A minor issue with the aircon (discovered once I had the vehicle home) was soon put right on my subsequent visit. If you are looking for a good second hand car from a garage that is equipped to do all necessary work (including MOT's) and you want a friendly and professional service ... then get to Taylors. My VW is such a good motor that I won't need to be returning for a few years (hopefully!) to replace it ... but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Thank you for making my purchase the positive experience that it was. I hope you got one of the jam doughnuts that I left for the team Dave!

Dishonest dodgy car sales. I went looking for a car for my grandad. I test drove an automatic car that clearly had a gear box problem. When I mentioned it the salesman got a bit aggressive and told me I didn't know what I was talking about and it was in kick down mode. They were basically happy to sell a car that would have broken within a month to an elderly man. Avoid this place if possible
