Auto Windscreens

Worst service ever I booked. Asked for window replacement for my ace backdoor. First of all, it was ill fitted and on top the mechanic broke my car door lock. Can't imagine fir anything more worse and to add on agony the mechanic was making video to fool more people for the ill work he did.

Today I turned up early for a screen replacement. They were on the ball, friendly and eager to sort, and whilst I went for a coffee the job was sorted.In less than an hour I was on my way.Thank you.Brilliant

Booked in for windscreen repair. Was running late about 10 mins late due to traffic so called them; Danny was really great on the phone & told me not to worry. Really friendly, efficient & professional service.

Windscreen cracked on Friday, appointment booked by Co-op Insurance at Hunslet for following Thursday. Job done in just over an hour..... enough time to relax with a free coffee. Very pleased with staff, with service, and with end result.

Appalling service! I called Auto Windscreens as they are the Glass Provider used by my Car Insurance Company. My windscreen was cracked with an 11inch crack across the line of vision. I was informed I would have to wait for 17 days for this repair to be undertaken! They stated that my car was still safe to drive. I requested this in writing incase I should get stopped by the police. This was not provided. I advised my Insurance Company of the dreadful customer service I was experiencing. They gave Auto Windscreens a window of 4 hours to rectify the situation. Auto Windscreens defaulted on this and left me an answerphone message 8.5 hours later that evening. The message I received informed me that there was nothing they could do & I would just have to wait 17 days! Thankfully my insurance company (who have been amazing & full of apologies for my inconvenience), authorized me to use another provider who undertook the repair within 24 hours. I reiterate, appalling service!

Needed a new front screen for my taxi after it was shot at!!Got me in relatively quickly, and was fitted, obviously while I waited in just over an hour.Paid cash for it, as I didn't want to go through my insurance, and found them to be very reasonable price wise.The chaps in the office were great.Many thanks
