This is the worst support I've ever received. I don't want a response from your customer success team" the irony of offering telecomms services and the support team not being able to hear you on the other end is laughable. I sent a support request over 10 days ago and not a confirmation email nothing. Buying telecomms businesses out to destroy them."

Brazen Ltd have used Active for a number of years now for all phone requirements - mostly mobile. They get the best deal for us and can't be happier really. Good account management with regular contact and always responsive to ad-hoc issues. Don't need to shop around, safe in knowledge they will deliver.
