Just purchased my property recently with a different agent but had a few encounters with Nova Homes.The agent Stuart was absolutely appalling, I met with Megan on quite a few viewings and she was a credit to the team. Fantastic service.Stuart was terrible at communicating our offers. Seemed lazy and not interested in us in anyway. I was under the impression that it was a tough market and Stuart made it all significantly tougher. If I was nova, I wouldn't let him touch offers, I may have increased my offers on a property if he had been enthusiastic and helped us! Terrible service. And to top it off. A recent friend of mine has said the exact same thing! If you're dealing with Novahomes, don't speak with Stuart. Speak with Megan!
