Congleton Fireplaces

Excellent service from Congleton Fireplaces. Good advice and suggestions as regards which fireplace best suited my room. Ashley fitted the new fireplace, and chimney, promptly and efficiently. If you're looking for a new fireplace, l would certainly recommend Congleton Fireplaces.

Thank you Ashley. The marble surround that you made and installed this week really sets the fire and sitting room off.It must be over 20 years since you came to the house. You were going to replace the coal fire in the lounge with a gas fire. It turned out to be a huge job involving laying in gas pipes from the newly installed meter, rebuilding the 'fire area' and fitting a cowl to the chimney pot. There was some mess involved when you took out the coal fire and brick surround, but on completion there was nothing to indicate that such a messy job had taken place. Since then you have replaced the original fires and continue to service both fires annually.You still maintain standard of workmanship and I would recommend you to any one knowing that you would do a good job

We would highly recommend Congleton fireplaces, the service we received has been great, from the first visit in the shop, through to the fitting. The showroom had a vast amount of fires and surrounds to choose from, many more then the shops and showrooms we had visited before, should of gone here first!!! We decided on the fire and then Ashley designed us a one off fire surround, High quality service, great communication throughout, no question was to big or small for Ashley to answer, fantastic, top job!

We can thoroughly recommend Congleton Fireplaces, having just had our old fireplace removed by Ashley, then a new fire and surround fitted. From meeting Ashley for advice, the removal and fitting, everything has gone perfectly. We were given the cost, and dates for each stage and everything went to plan. The fire was for our relatively recently decorated, and carpeted, lounge (it wasn't even necessary to lift the carpet) and there was no mess whatsoever. Ashley fitted our daughter's fireplace, she was delighted, so we recommended him to friends, then it was our turn. We couldn't be happier with the service and quality.

I would recommend Congleton Fireplaces. Ashley is knowledgeable about gas and electric products and was also able to bespoke the fire we chose. The timescales set were accurate, and Ashley's standard of work was of high quality. Would go to Congleton Fireplaces again if we needed another fire as a professional service all round provided.

After a narrow escape with another fireplace company. We contacted Ashley after becoming aware of ‘Congleton Fireplaces’ behind Tesco’s. He helped put our minds at rest that the bodge job could be remedied and that we would get the fireplace we wanted to a quality finish.Not only did Ashley make good on his word, he offered us a shorter than expected timeframe to come in and get the job done.If you want a quality job done, Ashley keen eye for detail will give you the workmanship finish you’re after.

We received great service and advice from the company our fire was fitted as soon as the fire came into stock.The person who fitted it was very courteous and polite, we had no mess afterwards to clean up, our carpets were covered so they would not get stain marks fire fitted and working in a very short time exceptionally pleased would highly recommendMike ,Congleton Road,Biddulph.

While planning to change our gas fire for an electric one we called at Congleton Fireplaces. We were so impressed with Ashley and his designs we asked him to come to look and advise us. We ordered a fire with a completely new surround and Ashley came a week later and removed the. old fireplace and surround and the following day he returned with a custom made marble surround and and electric fire which he fitted with no disruption or mess.Ashley is very professional very clean and tidy and we would recommend as a very talented tradesman.
