Dont answer the phone, I rang from the doorway so i could see the phone, it had an engaged tone but no one on the phone, then was told oh we are busy" by the receptionist

Absolutely shocking every appointment docs are running up to 45 mins behind if I was late I wouldn't get an appointment. Complaint is going in and I'm changing doctors ridiculous do not use this doctor

Always waiting for the receptionist to be free on the phone because every single time I have rang up it has been busy! They need more phones and more staff to take calls! It's a joke of a doctors
