We went to get some photos of our phone and the member of staff who helped was very good

Hard to find as I had name as PFD on paper. Thay unloaded 20 pallets in 20 minutes.

Iv never had involvement with pioneer catering however, I had an awful experience with one of their drivers at the Tyne tunnel toll. Their driver smashed into the side of my truck I was driving then proceeded to get out of his van and shout and swear at myself. No appologies or a sorry, just angry and obnoxious. I took photos of the van and will be contacting police and Tyne tunnel for any camera footage.
