After coming into the letting game with suspicion after years of bad experiences with estate agents I am delighted I found Ludlow. Everyone who has worked on my property has assisted in some way, questions are answered quickly and clearly and problems stopped early. I’m delighted with the quality of service me and my tenants get. Sushmita has been consistently solid in looking after my places and I’m grateful for the level of service. All of the maintenance team respond quickly and do quality work. Would recommend!

HiI have been dealing with Andrew Dunham through Ludlow Thompson for some time now. Whatever my query, I find him very helpful and more importantly, very clear, giving me options if they are available.He follows through quickly to resolve either my problem or the tenants also, which leads to a happy life for all. I've had a few before Andrew, and it could be quite frustrating, so I'm happy he is still in charge of our property.

The person I had to deal with from Ludlowthompson for the past one year in regarding rent of our property in London with was Tammy Clarke. She was so helpful and accommodating that If I was asked to give her score out of 10 I will give her full 10 mark s. She always kept updating me regarding rent payments arrears and chased my tenant as my tenant was most of times late with rent payment and every time different excuse but she somehow dealt with him in very professional manner.
