Dawn and Neil work from home, but dont be put off by this unconventional set-up. They know their stuff! Helpful, very knowledgeable and sorted me out in a couple of days. My laptop motherboard failed and it would not even switch on! Horror! They ran tests, diagnosed the problem and downloaded all my data onto an external drive for me. Very pleased with the service and would use them again.

This was my first at time using NTS and I couldn't have felt more confident right from the start. Both Dawn and Neil are extremely knowledgeable and capable (and are also lovely people). My problem was sorted quickly and at a very reasonable price. Very pleased and would happily use them again. Highest recommendations!

First class service and work. Dawn and Niel couldn't have been kinder or more reassuring if they tried. Essentially I had re set and wiped out my drivers and just about everything but my files etc. I was also phoned and given an update. It went in Monday lunch time and I picked it up Weds afternoon. Really reasonable rates to top it. I have some mental health issues, and they understood how a computer is a lifeline for people bound to home for whatever reason. Thank you both!
