They are cheating, be careful and ask or record if needed before give your vehicle to them.I called to book full service for my wife car when the notice Drivetrain. I drive car to the shop and ask tell the old guy (I knew after is the father) help me to solve the drivetrain issue only/ my wife car just serviced from his shop, as the report I dont have to do full service now.When I came to collect my car he did not solve the Drivetrain but do small service Kit and charged me.His son told me I can not change from Full service to solve the drivetrain only but he did small service without asking me. They try to find reasons to protect themselves and totally dont not care about customer's problem.Hope that my experience is value for youThank you!

I had some strange noises coming from under my car and went to serveral other garages in the area who wouldn't even take a few minutes to have a chat about the problem. These guys took the time to have a listen, talk through what it might be and get the work booked in. They did a great job, are really friendly and professional. A big thanks to Ben for his work and keeping me updated. Would highly recommend.

The staff and Roger are very welcoming, friendly and always helpful and honest : not pushy on the repairs, will only do what is necessary and will offer you options to best suit your needs. All services done very professionally. Very trustworthy. Will not go anywhere else.

I have been using this garage for approximately 15 years for business and personal vehicles. The costs have always been discussed with me prior to any works being carried out. The staff have always been polite and friendly and on the few occasions when I have had to wait a little while I have been offered a chair and coffee. Excellent service and definitely worth 5 stars.

Repaired my wing mirror and indicator light to a brand new standard. Finished the work within the hour! They even managed to use parts of my wing mirror that weren’t damaged to save a big expense! Honest, friendly and reliable service. Highly recommend.

I have recently had a bumper repair and refit done to a very high standard.The staff were extremely helpful and offered a courtesy car without me asking.They also spotted damage done prior to my purchase of the car and assisted me in getting this repaired under warranty.I would not hesitate to recommend Double Dee Autos for all body work repairs .

Such an amazing garage! Warm welcome and was offered tea/coffee as soon as I walked in. Andy gave me such amazing advice about my vehicle and was so honest about the situation. Both gentleman were very kind and friendly and will definitely be using this garage again going forward. I would highly recommend them if you want reliability and great customer service.

Excellent repair of damaged bodywork with competitive quote! They gave me a replacement car for a week. On collection of the car it felt like I was driving out with a brand new one as the work was done to a very high standard.I could not fault the service here at all!Also a friendly cat frequents this garage!

I don’t usually write these kind of things - but recently I’ve had some exceptional service so thought I would highlight for others.My daughters car has been a real pain with the electrics - so I took the car into Double Dee Bromley - for a start the diagnostics was v quick which gave me the opportunity to choose what to do - aka get the work done or get rid of the car - I left the car with Double Dee for 24 hours, and they managed to source the parts cheaper than they originally quoted - I must say, I was surprised that there are still good honest garages out there - not sure of the chaps name, but just wanted to say a massive thank you it was a huge relief for my daughter and I.

Double Dee Autos have been brilliant. They came to collect our poorly car when it wasn't possible to drive it to the garage, were very friendly, and kept me updated on how much things would cost. Unfortunately it turned out not to be worth repairing on this occasion (very old banger with a broken clutch and flywheel), but the garage put us in touch with someone who would buy the vehicle for scrap. I will definitely be coming back when I have a new car needing a service!
