Ray was brilliant at diagnosing a fault with a 1979 Ford Pinto engine which would not fire properly. He worked methodically through the issues and eventually found a faulty wire which fixed the issue. He was very patient and did not give up even when we were running out of ideas. He has a lot of experience and is passionate about what he does. I would thouroughly recommend for any classic or older cars.

Called Ray on a Thursday afternoon desperately needing my van starter motor replacing. He understood my need's and squeezed me in the next Friday morning. An hour after he arrived my van was up and running. Excellent efficient service from a genuinely friendly guy. He'll be my first point of call from now, would recommend him to everyone.

I had a problem with my alfa remeo contacted Ray he was quick very helpful and solved problem so went back to him for my car services and wheel bearing. All jobs done quickly, very pleased with outcome and service. Ray is knowledgable and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

Had this man come to do my car … the price changed and another £50 added at end for some reason … he did fit a new starter motor however no receipt was shown when asked he said no I can not have a receipt. I asked him to come back out to fix a wire as he reported that needs doing next so I said ok. I explained that I was a little low on money so happy to do it if it’s no more than £100. He confirmed and booked in for that morning. He then let me down at the last minute so and his words “I don’t have time for this”Never have been shown a receipt for the starter motor fitted and sadly it has been doing the same issue 6 weeks later. So paid if I remember £390 for starter motor and now having issues with it again. Who knows.
