Really happy with the service at the Brundall office, Sam was particularly friendly and always happy to help. Although we encountered some issues with listing (our fault not the agents!) we were really happy with the gentleman who came to take the listing photos. He was very thorough and took a lot more care in getting everything looking it’s best. (We also listed with another local estate agent but found their pictures to be very disappointing and their fees were considerably higher than Starkings!!)All in all I would recommend friends and family to use Starkings as their value for money is well worth it.

I came into contact with Starkings and Watson Estate Agency in Brundall by chance, through buying a home they were selling on behalf of a local family. Compared to my own estate agency used to sell my home the whole team were excellent and extremely professional. I was kept informed through regular contact about the process, plus supported when issues arouse. I can not recommend the agency high enough.My main contacts were with Callum and Sarah who managed the sale , giving help and advice as needed. However all the team were excellent and if I rang and was unable to speak to somebody I was always contacted back which is rare these days.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. In particular Karen at the Brundall office an especially Sarah Short their sales progresser. They are conscientious wirh great attention to detail. They always kept me updated all the way through my sale. Excellent service. Very pleased.

Sam, Sarah, Karen and Will were really helpful with selling and buying. Communication was always clear and very important. Even though there were some odd moments during the sale, Will in particular always was on hand to deal with them.Than you starkings and watson!

Excellent efficient and sympathetic service. Frequent and easy contact with staff by phone and email. They produced a well-written description of the house, good photos and an impressive walk-through" virtual tour to attract potential buyers in a very difficult market."

Really pleased with the service received from S&W. Callum and Sarah were really helpful throughout our sale process and always kept us up to date with feedback from viewings. Will from the after sale team was also great at helping us get to completion. Would definitely recommend and use again.
