Spoke with a nurse two weeks ago and she told me to think about my options and get back in touch, have been trying and failing to book an appointment since. Going to have to drag my newborn out and drive over as trying to ring is relentless. Shame as the staff are lovely, they just need a better booking system.

Been trying to phone for over a week even been here twice to try and make an appointment for my contraceptive pill to be met by no one even on reception. Physically impossible to get an appointment.

Move the family planning service reception, don’t inform the patients of where they have moved. When you come for a drop in they claim they don’t do it anymore and it’s “closed”. And pawn you off on another time to come down, then claim it’s full. Then repeat. Staff-rude. Absolutely shocking.

On the phone for over an hour, eventually got to number 1 in the queue only for the call to be cut off! Shocking service!

Absolute disgrace!! Been sat waiting for my call to be answered for 45 minutes. I have been called number 1 in queue for the last 25 mins. They must be looking at the walls not the phone. No the wonder people can’t be chewed to sort issues they have out when you get ZERO response

I’ve been trying to ring this place everyday for two weeks! I really need the contraceptive pill. The staff have been nice the first time I was there to get my pill but now I can’t seem to get through to anyone - feeling very stressed
