Visited Space NK Cambridge at the weekend and the guy who served us was super friendly and so helpful! Really appreciate the great customer service and product knowledge. Bought over 100 pounds worth of makeup across three items. Stupidly I did not check the items in the bag before wrapping for Xmas presents for my wife and daughter.Two of the items were not what we requested at time of purchase. I would have expected this fundamental to have been completed accurately at such a price point... And Given there were three staff in and only myself buying.I will definitely check purchased items before leaving the store going forward.

Very happy about my purchase this afternoonyes it's expensive but hay you get what you pay for!The cosmetics are not tested on animals ( yay ;))they smell like spa :) and I got a free 10 mins facial +massage. And was told how to massage my face / exfoliate ( not in circles like most people do)The lady who served me was very knowledgeable, unfortunately I can't remember her name. She was so good, good up selling too hehe.

Brilliant customer service from a lady who showed me a variety of products. Came here as I it was the only place which had a Nars counter. Although the place itself is not very big, they sell a range of different brands such as Laura Mercier, Bobbie Brown, Aveda etc.

Very disappointing. Make up brand selection extremely limited, 5/6 brands? Rare beauty was represented by a handful of products.A small store, so when 3 women and a buggy were standing chatting, for the duration of my visit, in the makeup section, it was very difficult to browse.Staff, seen 2 members, 1 in makeup who didn’t even acknowledge me. And a guy on the till, who unfortunately was caught up with a customer who was having an online issue.Was hoping to you would be stocking the new Skin Rocks line but no.Space NK is normally 1 of my happy places, but not today, I didn’t buy anything and that’s unheard of!

Went in searching for a specific item , was told that they don't stock it. No effort made to suggest anything else, was more or less blanked by the woman. I promptly left as felt very unwelcoming. I order the product from online shop in the end.
