Chris was very friendly and did a great job. He serviced all our family bikes.We’d just moved to rural Suffolk and had no means to bring our bikes to a repair shop. The collection service was really handy and the bikes were returned very quickly.Will definitely be using again.

I was out for a day cycling to Walberswick with the family, and several miles from where we were staying, when the freewheel on my daughter's bike started to get stuck, and she was having a lot of trouble with it. I called East Suffolk Bikes and thankfully they were able to come out to pick up the bike, replace the old freewheel with a new one, tighten up the brakes, adjust the gears and generally get the thing running smoothly, and all while we enjoyed dinner at the Anchor. Good, friendly service at a good price, and very grateful for the rescue. Bike still running well too.

East Suffolk Bikes has looked after me for the past two years and Chris has done a great job. His service is swift and efficient. The bike is picked up within 24 hours and returned within a day or two. He discusses what's required, gives good advice, services the bike so it rides like new, and fits the right components for the kind of cycling I do around the Suffolk coast. I had a a recurring issue with my rear derailleur that a few local bike shops repaired on separate occasions but with no long term solution. After coming across Chris and contacting him, he quickly identified the problem, ordered the new parts and fixed the issue. Thankfully the issue has not returned since. Wish I came across Chris earlier, would really recommend him to anyone!!
