I went for shopping many times but when I asked for electric matiral they always said they don't have this item , they not do thisSso they have only there name choice but you don't have any Choice

Absolutely inefficient - like most letting agents they are all poor at day to day admin. I let my property out through them and have also been a guarantor for someone.The sale staff are excellent but back office admin seriously poor and wouldnt recommend them at all!Good luck if you decide otherwise you were warned.

Good range of plumbing products but terrible customer service. They don't seem to have much time for their customers. Shame how these small local shops don't make the extra effort for their customers.

I recently moved to England from the U.S. and I rented an apartment with Choices. My agent that helped me through this process was Tunde Roberts and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. Finding a flat/apartment and the process of actually moving into the place can be a stressful experience, especially if you’re new to a country and learning how things work. Luckily, Choices was there to help every step of the way. Because of my busy work schedule, I needed to move into my flat ASAP. They worked hard for me and even worked past their business hours to ensure that the necessary work was done. I found my apartment that I wanted on a Saturday, and moved in on the following Tuesday (Keep in mind that Sunday was a non work day). I couldn’t be more happier with my experience with Choices and my agent Tunde. If you’re looking for a company to help you find a flat, look no further. Choices London is the way to go!

I've been shopping for my materials at choices for over ten years. Yusuf and his team are truly super.They rarely don't have what I go in for. Well stocked and always serve with a smile. Prices are reasonable too.

They have everything you can think of! the prices are great and staff are also very helpful. Ill definitely be coming back!

Avoid!!!Ebay purchase was sent wrong, seller asked for pictures, 5 were sent and will not answer emails or make contact now.No replacement of goods, should have read other's negative reviews about bad experiences with this company..Ebay resolution involved!!

Excellent place, great prices and very helpful staff.Most diy items in stock, good for the diy enthusiast and the trade.

I hate to leave bad reviews but the owner of this place is just not friendly, not helpful and is really hard to talk to. I walked in today and he was yelling at his staff (who, by the way, are really nice people). Poor guys have to work for that Scrooge sitting by the cash register. There are so many other nice, local and helpful hardware shops (a few across the road, one on a corner diagonally across the street. Smaller but have everything, cost less and the owner and staff is way nicer there), you don't need to go to this one. Spare yourself a headache and bad service. I am a firm believer of supporting the local shops, but definitely not this one. Will never go back.
