Sadly let down, I turned up to a booked appt with no one there and no message to advise it has been cancelled. I messaged, text and called and been ignored since. 2 stars as great business prospect and had 1 appointment which really seemed to work with my son.I didn't want to leave a bad review but wanted to raise to others as a SEN friendly place no show to an appt (and history of this in other reviews) that we had spent a week preparing my son for isn't ideal.

Shell is absolutely amazing.Jack still hates having his hair cut, and it can be really stressful. It's less stressful here because it's just us and there's no rush. I book an hour so he can play and hopefully get use to his surroundings each time we go. Shell is so understanding and just gets on with it. Hopefully it will get easier. Would definitely recommend to anyone that finds kids hair cuts hard work.

Amazing experience taking my 18month old for his first haircut! We were both made to feel at home straight away and he played happily while having his haircut! Couldn’t recommend enough, such an understanding and lovely vibe throughout, thank you!

Fantastic set up especially for kids, shel was so friendly and relaxed and very accommodating. Kids had a great time and a lovely experience especially for our daughters first hair cut.Will definitely be back again.

We brought our 2 year old son here for a haircut and we could not recommend the service more. The hairdresser was excellent with our son and we were really happy with the actual haircut. Would thoroughly recommend.

My 3 yr old son went here for the first time the other day and to say the least he proved a challenging wriggly customer. But Shelly was very calm and patient and we got there in the end. We will definitely be back!
