Based on experience at a food festival was just bad due to the slow turn around by staff which granted wasn't the apps issues apparently apps where auto turning to completed status before we received the food. Due to the website design alot of people where having issues recalling the order and what they ordered as the food supplier was finding It difficult. While to add once the order was ready the staff had to shout the name of orderer while the food is in front of them enhancing the risk of spreading germs and viruses a simpler process would be to have a tablet screen which the finished order displays the name - this already works for fast food chains.

Delighted with the very quick set up. Hardware terminals delivered and set up within 48 hours of emailing. Customer support practically instant over email, available on the phone as well. Tried a number of other providers and yoello so far is the best - thanks guys, shout out to Eliza for getting us set up so quickly!

This has been one of the most painful experiences of my life using this product. So glad I no longer need to use it. Not sure how people think this is a good alternative to cash and card payments. Now where to start well not to mention the uncountable amount of money I’ve lost because my customers found the the website “painful” and so slow but also because it demands so much personal information from them. It also discriminates against too many people essentially of your clients are young with bank accounts and smart phones you’ll be fine. But if you want to appeal to society as a whole then this is definitely not the product for you. Now for my experience with it well you get promised the earth and end up getting poor customer service, constant platform changes and the lack of any proper training meaning that you are left having to learn how to setup and manage your menu alone with no support. When you call app support ( Luke) normal ignores your call and might come back to you via text message then will only half fix the issue. But as always everything just becomes over complicated and then when you get use to using the platform they change it. Now for context we had to use Yoello for outdoor events to help with social distancing but because of the lack any sort of notification as the customer uses a web page and not an app then you ultimately end up with either customer waiting for the items or not turning up because they haven’t checked back to see if you completed their order. But ultimately you have a que like any other system including cash and card. So my advice is stick to what you have don’t alienate your customers and you will save £100’s of pounds on something that is now essentially useless to the vast majority of traders.

The back button top left takes you out of the venue and clears your basket. When the payment system errors there's no error message your just shown a blank payment entry form. No paypal support which us an issue as i dont know yoello so dont feel safe entering payment info i to some random app. Paypal support would make me feel more secure

There are many companies out there with innovative ideas and delivery apps but this one is different. The staff and Management are one of the most friendly, professional, most supportive and empathetic i've come across. From initial set up to ad-hoc changes along the way, the response is instant. In constantly changing times for the world, technology seems to be more and more important. Reliable technology being essential to even operate a business in some cases. We looked a few Mobile App and Alternative Ordering and Payment options for our re-opening or 'The Murdér Express' which has been voted London's Best Experience on more than one occasion. We needed something reliable and easy to set up and after much thought, we went with Yoello. I'm pleased we did. The system works well. It's not actually an App, which I personally prefer because we are all downloading more and more Apps. The Back Office is easy to navigate and the Tech Support team have always been friendly and helpful with getting us Set Up. Runs on Wi-fi so you would need to make sure that you have a strong and reliable connection. Can't customise certain things yet, but I'm told that all of the things that we are looking for are being developed. It's early days for us but so far it's going well, orders are coming through, customers are happy, and we're happy. Thanks!
