Ordered a number of salvias, as they are salvia specialists. They came quickly, and whilst I question the wisdom of shipping live plants during the worst heatwave ever (literally shipped on the two hottest days)- they arrived alive.My three stars is because they were barely alive when they were shipped. A mint plant, which they don’t even specialise in, is the exception. The salvias are poor specimens which suffered from a recent trim. The do not look good or robust, and I am wholly unimpressed.The sole reason for three stars is that they did respond to my emails and immediately gave me a full refund. Whilst I would have preferred that I received a quality product, I appreciate their customer centric approach and they dealt with my displeasure very quickly.I found it strange that their phone number is automated, and doesn't take messages. Emails are the only way to get hold of them.
