Visited on Bank Holiday Friday which was leaving things late. Particularly as there was another Bank on Monday. This meant that our chosen tiles couldn’t be delivered until the following Thursday. We needed tiles for Tuesday and Jack behind the counter went above and beyond to provide us with alternative tiles that were in stock for immediate delivery. Excellent service and thank you Jack.

Emma is fantastic. She helped us to choose our tiles, grout and advised us of how many we would need and she was spot on… I would go to her again as her customer service was exceptional, which sadly is a rare thing nowadays! The store manager is an absolutely lovely chap too and loaded all tiles into my car and checked we were happy with everything. Thankyou Tile Giant..

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start finish. Fabulous range of tiles and lots of advice given regarding the grout and required for our garden project. Excellent price for quality tiles. This company puts the customer first and Adam went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Cannot recommend Adam and his team enough. We will be back for all future projects.

We visited the Crewe store on many occasions before finally making our decisions. We must have had conversations with all the staff there and every single one of them went out of their way to help us. They gave us some great advice and guidance about what we would need for our new bathroom, helped us to make the right choices, without any pressure on us to buy.We would have no hesitation in recommending Tile Giant Crewe, to our family and friends. Ordered some stone tiles for my house extension, great tiles and great service. A couple arrived with a split in them but were replaced straight away. Very happy with the service and the tiles look amazing.

Superb service from the moment I walked into the shop from Jamie and the other sales staff. I'd never tiled before but they sorted me out with all the tools, tiles and adhesive I needed and gave me enough advice to get me started.I felt they never tried to 'upsell' me anything, in fact, they would always give the option of a cheaper and more expensive option and let me decide. This is one of main reasons I kept coming back when I needed extra bits and bobs.I'm really pleased with the finished job (see attached) and will be going back again as the wife wants the same doing with the ensuite now!!
